 xxD{i}  : <<cell>> Distance between next-neighbor and the vertex-i
 Vindx   : <<vector>> Vertex index list for calculation
 Ndisp   : <<int>> display process each Ndisp point

 nextIX{i} : Neighbor index list for the vertex-i
 nextDD{i} : Distance from the vertex-i
